These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OdioPapeleo ("the App"), a medical supply order management application operated by Empire Extremity ("we," "our," or "us") and delivered through the PaperFree Case Sheet website at paperfreecasesheet.com. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using OdioPapeleo, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent, and that you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
OdioPapeleo provides tools for foot and ankle surgical supply teams, including order management, inventory tracking, case scheduling, commission tracking, PDF documentation, and an optional integration with Google Calendar for synchronizing scheduled surgical cases. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. Access to certain features may be governed by your role within your organization's team.

The App integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. When you connect Google Calendar, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by Empire Extremity and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the App and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is a workflow and record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire Extremity and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the App will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Empire Extremity is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
